Let’s break it down 👇

1 AI Hack: Turn My Spreadsheet into a Dashboard

Use Case: You’ve got a messy spreadsheet export (from NetSuite, QuickBooks, or an ERP). You need to turn it into something you can actually present — a dashboard.

Result: An interactive, clean Excel dashboard with KPIs, trends, and visual summaries.

🧰 What You’ll Need:

  • ChatGPT (with file upload or plain text)

  • Excel or Google Sheets

  • 📁 This dashboard starter template

📝 Step-by-Step:

  1. Start with the Messy Export

Your raw data might look like this:

Date

Department

Account

Amount

1/15/25

Mktg

Paid Search

$1,200

1/22/2025

HR

Payroll

10,000

1-25-25

Fin

Software

500

  1. Clean It Up with ChatGPT

Example Prompt:

‘This is a messy Excel export. Standardize dates to YYYY-MM-DD, expand department names (Mktg → Marketing), and remove subtotal rows. Output cleaned data for dashboarding.’

Or ask for formulas like:
=TEXT(A2,"yyyy-mm-dd"), =IF(A2="Total:", "", A2)

Then paste your raw data into ChatGPT

  1. Ask ChatGPT to Design the Dashboard

Example Prompt:

I have columns: Date, Department, Account, and Amount.

1. What should I visualize in a dashboard?

2. What pivot tables/charts should I use?

3. Write a 1-line summary I can copy into the file.

  1. Build It

Use the cleaned data to create:

  • Pivot Table: Spend by Department

  • Bar Chart: Spend by Department

  • Line Chart: Monthly Spend Trend

  • Pie Chart: Top 5 Expense Accounts

  • KPI Boxes: Total Spend YTD, Average Monthly

(Already included in the template 👇)

Example Result:
“HR and Finance account for 72% of total spend YTD. Payroll and Consulting are top expense categories.”

He predicts that even owning 0.01 BTC could become "priceless" within two years, potentially leading to significant wealth for holders. Kiyosaki attributes this to Bitcoin's limited supply and increasing demand, suggesting that the cryptocurrency is entering a phase of rapid price growth, often referred to as the "Banana Zone." He urges individuals not to miss this opportunity, highlighting Bitcoin as a hedge against economic instability and inflation.
